About me
Professional responsibility with a name.
I'm Harald Wild, employment law consultant (Consulente del Lavoro). For many years I've worked with payroll, employment law, social security, and personnel matters in Italy.
With my own office in Völs am Schlern, I combine personal professional responsibility with professionally organized processes. The office is designed to grow with its clients' needs without losing sight of clear professional responsibility.
Expertise
Experience, specialization, and ongoing training.
My professional work covers employers across different industries, sizes, and workforce structures. The combination of payroll and employment law still shapes my work today.
Employment law, social security, collective agreements, and payroll are constantly changing. Continuous professional development is therefore part of how I see my profession.
Trust
Responsibility, discretion, and clear accountability.
Good advice requires knowledge of the specific situation. For professionally important questions and personnel decisions, I stay personally involved and stand behind the quality of my office's advice.
Confidentiality is part of my profession. That's why I don't publish client names, references, or reviews. For me, trust comes from professional diligence, discretion, and reliable work.
Taking personal responsibility doesn't mean doing everything alone. It means not passing responsibility on to someone else.
Solutions
Expertise has to work in practice.
A legally correct answer is only helpful if it can be sensibly implemented within the business. That's why I consider employment-law questions, payroll, and economic impact together wherever possible.
My goal is to make complex matters understandable and to create a clear basis for the next decision.
Career path
My professional path
2002 to 2006
Sports management
I gained my first professional experience in sports management. At FC Südtirol I worked in football, covering web, communications and marketing. My path then led me into ice hockey, to the Sterzing Broncos.
2006 to 2013
Moving into employment law and payroll
In 2006 I began working at RST, a Sterzing-based firm with a later branch office in Bolzano, moving into employment and tax law. After the required traineeship, I took on responsibility for the IT and payroll department from 2008.
2013 and 2014
State examination and chamber registration
On 13 November 2013 I passed the state examination to become a Consulente del Lavoro. On 20 February 2014, I was entered into the register of employment consultants for the Province of Bolzano under no. 246.
Until 31 December 2015
Work at RST
Until the end of 2015 I continued my work at RST. My focus areas were employment law advice and payroll.
2016 to 2023
HR Services & Consulting and PSP STP
From 1 January 2016 I worked as a freelance consultant for HR Services & Consulting GmbH in Bolzano. From 1 January 2022 I continued my freelance work at PSP STP GmbH.
Since 1 January 2024
My own office in Völs am Schlern

Outside of work
Ice hockey, mental strength, and personal growth
Ice hockey has been with me for many years and is my great sporting passion. With Wild Hockey, I have developed this passion professionally as well. As a PHPA Subscribed Agent, I focus in particular on representing and personally supporting North American ice hockey players in Europe.
In addition, I completed a Mental Coach training programme at the Centro Sportivo Educativo Nazionale (CSEN). CSEN is a nationally active Italian sports and education association, recognised as an Ente di Promozione Sportiva (EPS) by the Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano (CONI) – the Italian National Olympic Committee. The training sharpened my sense of how decisive mental strength, clear goals, and a constructive approach to challenging situations can be – in sport just as much as in a professional and personal context.
Outside of work, I'm married and the father of two children. Völs am Schlern is therefore far more than the location of my office to me – it's my home.
In sport as in my profession, personal responsibility, trust, and a clear view of the next step are what matter most to me.
Let's get to know each other.
