Dispute Resolution and Complaints
Please address any complaint about my work to me directly in the first instance – by email at the address above or by phone. I would rather resolve matters in direct conversation.
Complaints concerning professional conduct fall to the territorial disciplinary council at the Chamber of Employment Law Consultants of the Province of Bolzano (Consiglio di Disciplina Territoriale, Art. 8 of Presidential Decree 137/2012).
Where the client is a consumer, the out-of-court dispute resolution provisions of Part V, Title II-bis of the Italian Consumer Code apply (Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 130/2015). I am not committed in advance to any particular ADR body.
The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228), which is why no reference to it is given here.
